The Grief Education Program:
A 12-Week Journey Toward Healing, Wellness & Hope
Grief can be overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate it alone.
Hospice Georgina's Grief Education Program (GEP) is a free 12-week program designed to help individuals better understand grief, develop healthy coping strategies, build resilience, and connect with others who share similar experiences.
Beginning the week of July 28, participants can join our hybrid sessions to explore topics such as grief and loss, self-care, emotional wellness, life transitions, support systems, and celebrating the legacy of loved ones.
Hybrid format – attend in person or via Zoom
