Organization
Hospice Georgina is a registered not-for-profit charitable organization supported by our exceptional volunteers and dedicated team of four part-time employees. The organization is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
Membership is available for $10 annually to anyone in Georgina who has an interest in Hospice programs and end of life services. If you interested in becoming a voting member, you can download and print a Voting Membership Application Form. Completed forms can be mailed to:

Accreditation & Awards
We are members of the Hospice Palliative Care Ontario and are again recipients of their Level 2 accreditation designation, the highest quality award from HAO in 2011.
Accreditation is an effective means of measuring the quality of our hospice services against provincial benchmarks and standards set for all visiting hospice services in Ontario. Hospice Georgina is committed to continuous improvement, responsiveness, accountability, timeliness and transparency.
We received the first Georgina Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for non-profit organizations in April 2011.
